Refurbished IT Equipment Sales

These condensed Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of refurbished IT equipment from our website ReuseIT.je. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. A full copy of our Terms & Conditions is available on request.

1. Product Condition

All items sold are refurbished IT equipment, meaning they have been cleaned, tested, and restored to working condition. Products may show minor cosmetic wear from previous use. All units are functionally tested before resale.

2. 90-Day Limited Warranty

We offer a 90-day limited hardware warranty on all refurbished equipment.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions or failures during normal use.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Water or fire damage
  • Software issues or compatibility errors
  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g. batteries, printer toner)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from viruses, malware, or misuse

Warranty process:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue.
  2. If covered, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
  3. Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is needed.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including accessories and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a warranty issue or seller error.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

5. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the product.

6. Software & Data

  • Devices may not come with original software or licenses unless stated.
  • We are not responsible for any data stored on the devices prior to or after resale.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey and or Guernsey. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of Jersey or Guernsey.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on request.
